What to Write

So its been about a week since i wrote anything so. Christmas went well, went over to the Landers home for Christmas Eve dinner and on Christmas had brunch with the Cyphers and Kris at Kris' home. Later that day was back at the Landers home playing card games and eating cookies.

Tomorrow I head off to Germany to visit and stay with a missionary friend and his family for about five days. Please pray for safe traveling.
Thank you

Prayer Update

For those who are praying for the Men's Bible study for tomorrow, it has been canceled. Next Men's study will be next monday, Dec 11. Please continue to pray for me as it looks like I have more time to prepare for the study. Also please continue to lift the Bible study as a whole as well. So far it has been a blessing to me, and the other men. Please pray that the Lord would continue to bless and protect this time for us.
Thanks once again
God Bless.

A Prayer Request

Please pray for me as I am leading the Bible study this Monday. I am not used to leading studies for Men, I am mostly used to doing towards children. Continue to pray for our Men's Bible Study as we continue to be here in Portugal. Please pray for other men to join us as well.
Thank you
God Bless

A farwell to the EDGE KIDS

"Dude Wake up I am leaving" words that I heard on Wednesday morning at 4:30 am from my roomate Dan. I got up, put on my shoes, and headed outside to say my goodbyes to the EDGE kids. The EDGE kids had been here in Portugal since the begining of June and there time ended this week as they went back home to the states.

We had a send off party for them on Sunday, we as GEM people prayed for them. It was a good and last time we would all hang out together as GEM Interns and EDGE.

I have to say, after I saw them pull away in the cars and headed back to my room, and layed back in bed, it really hit me more that they just left and probably won't see them again. But that is how it goes. Life goes on, but thankful that the Lord did have them here in Portugal, and the Blessings that they were.
